Shamic Sheetmetal operates a fully automated manufacturing plant with state of the art design, programming and specialist production equipment. Our specialized services include CNC punch & laser cutting, NC folding, welding (including Robotic), painting, powdercoating, pre & final assembly, final testing, warehousing and despatch.

In 1998 Shamic Sheetmetal moved to larger, purpose built premises in Croydon, Melbourne. In the same year the company was certified to international quality standard ISO 9002 (1994). This certification, applicable to both our Sheetmetal and heater production, was maintained and upgraded to the ISO 9001 (2000) in 2004. In addition our heaters are fully compliant with the relevant Australian Standards for emission control and power output and efficiency.

 The company currently employs between 70 and 100 staff, including a qualified and experienced administration and sales team, estimators, cad/cam programmers, computer experts, production specialists, process & warehouse personnel. All specialist departments are backed up with integrated & seamlessley designed front end software making the task of sheetmetal production and the output of a quality product look effortless.

Our commitment to quality, research, design and the latest production innovations and heating products, has seen Shamic Sheetmetal (Aust) Pty Ltd sustain its growth and the company has been listed as a “top 500” Victorian private company.
